- We will also use your details to manage your arrangements for your stay or event

- other than as necessary to complete your booking. From time to time we need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Aikwood Tower to provide a product or service to you (we will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose)
- Credit/debit card payments are processed via our merchant provider on their secure platform and include the card type, date and time, amount, card expiry date, billing postcode, your address and other related information. This information is required and necessary for the performance of our contract with you. We do not have sight of the complete card number or CVV code at any time.
- We may need to disclose your information where required by law, where such a request is made by a legal authority.
We may also contact you from time to time with information about developments at the Green House, special offers, brochures and future events, and to better understand your needs and provide you with better services.
We would also like to use your information for future marketing purposes (for example, emailing you a newsletter). All details you have provided in connection with your booking will be kept as required by law but we will only use names and contact details for marketing purposes if you have indicated that you are happy for us to do so. If you do not wish to receive such information from us, you may ask us in writing not to receive it.

CHILDREN AND PRIVACY
Our website does not target and are not intended to attract children under the age of 16. Hollinlee Partners does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 16 or send them requests for personal information.

COOKIES POLICY
We don’t automatically collect personal information, including your email address. We do log your IP address (the Internet address of your computer) to give us an idea of which part of our website you visit and how long you spend there. But we do not link your IP address to any personal information. Like many other commercial websites, the Green House website uses cookies to better the user’s experience while visiting the site.
